Things You Will Need -

Tube of Choice

Scrap Kit of Choice - The one i am using is PTU and called Cannabis and is by Kristin. You can find it on her blog Here

Filters Used -

Foto Frame (optional)

Ok lets start!

open up a new image 650x450

pick a paper from the kit and minimize for now
make you foreground null and set your background to pattern using the paper you picked
Draw out a nice size rectangle, use mine as an example
Object - Align - Center
Convert to Raster Layer
Select All - Float - Defloat
Use your foto frame filter at default setting but change the Width to 5 and the opacity to 50
Select None
Add a drop shadow

Pick another paper from the kit and minimize
Change your pattern to this new paper
Use your shapes - Dodecagon Shape (If you do not have this shape any will do like circle or something)
Be on the 1st Raster layer below the rectangle and draw out the shape, make it slightly larger then the rectangle

From the kit open up the Frame
Copy and paste it inbetween the two layers you just did
Use your wand to select the centers of the frame
Selections - Modify - Expand by 4
Pick a new paper or color
Copy and paste as a new layer
Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard
Select None
Move this paper layer below the frame
Add a drop shadow to the frame

Add your tube with a drop shadow
Erase bits that you dont want shown
Then begin adding your elements to make your tag

Once your nearly done, This is only an option, but what i did was merge visible and resized keeping all layers unchecked
And resized by 85 this way i could add more to the back of the tag

Now add your name and credits and your done!
