Ok lets start...

open up the template
Canvas resize to your likeing. I left mine as is.

X-Out the blocks layer and make the border Blocks layer active by clicking on it
Use your wand to click in the center of the first block
Selections - Modify - Expand by 3
Add a new layer and fill with color of choice
Select None and move this layer below the border blocks

Do the same for the rest of the blocks, using a different color each time, or a set of colors. Make sure each time you do a selection that you are on the border blocks layer.

ok once done with that. Select each of the shapes of the template, once at a time with your wand and fill with color
Add your tube, your name, credits and any elements you wish. I just kept mine simple

Alright ... ready to animate.
This part may take a bit so make sure you have your drink and snacks ready!

X-Out all the colored blocks, leave the very first one Un-X'ed
Be on the top layer and merge visible
Copy and paste as a new image to get rid of the excess
Copy and paste into animation shop

Back to PSP
Close out the new image
On your working image - Undo
X-Out the first layer and un-x the next
Be on the top layer and merge visible
Copy and paste as a new image to get rid of the excess
Copy and paste into animation shop - After Current Frame

Back to PSP
Keep doing this until you have all the colored blocks merged 1 at a time
when you get them all done you should have 11 frames

Now view animation.
Select All and set the frame Properties to something you like. I have mine at 25

And your finished!
