Tube of choice - Close up is best

Richard Rosenman - Scanlines
VM - Instant Art - Spider Web
Animation Shop
Ok lets start!
open a new image 600x250
Copy and paste a close up tube as a new layer
Copies - Wallpaper(Rotate)
Gaussian blur - 10.00
Scanlines - Default Settings
Duplicate this layer 2 more times - Close the duplicates for now
On the original layer -
VM - Instant Art - Spider Web - Default Settings
Close this layer and open the one on top of it
VM-Instant Art-Spider Web - change the top sliders
Close this layer and open the top
VM-Instant Art-Spider Web - change the top sliders
Ok done with the background for now
Copy and paste your tube to your canvas and move into place
Add your word art if needed, your name and credits
Ok Ready to animate
Ok Close off your top 2 spider web layers, leaving the original
Edit - Copy Merge and paste into Animation Shop (AS) as a new animation
Back in PSP
Close of the original spider web layer and open the layer on top of it
Edit - Copy Merge and paste into AS After current Frame
Back in psp
CLose off this layer and open the top spider web layer
Edit - Copy Merge and paste into AS After Current Frame
Now view animation - if you wish to set the frame properties to something different go ahead. I have mine at 20 for all frames.
And when your happy Save and your done!
